Design a dc-coupled oneop-amp circuit that will amplify the $-\mathbf{3 0 0} \boldsymbol{\mu V}$ to $+\mathbf{7 0 0} \boldsymbol{\mu} \mathrm{V}$ input range to have the maximal gain possible without exceeding the typical guaranteed linear output range.
